1. Acceptance

By downloading and using Cohesion Engine you agree to these terms.

2. Licence

Cohesion Engine is licensed for personal and commercial use. You may not reverse engineer, decompile or redistribute the software.

Free plan: one licence per user.
Pro plan: one licence per device.

3. Subscription and Billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly, annually or as a one-time lifetime purchase through Stripe.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund policy for new subscribers. Contact support@cohesionengine.app within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellation: You can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

4. Your Content

Your audio files are processed locally on your device. We do not claim any rights over your music.

5. Disclaimer

Cohesion Engine is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of cohesion scores or release recommendations. The tool is designed to assist your decision-making, not replace it.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, Big Dig Energy Limited is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of Cohesion Engine.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
